On the last Tuesday of each month, staff from the NSW Energy & Water Ombudsman will be in Woy Woy to help you with your energy bills.

If you’re having issues with your electricity or gas provider or difficulty paying a bill, bring along your bills for on-the-spot, free help. Telephone interpreters will be available.

Where: Coast Community Connections, Peninsula Community Centre, 93 McMasters Road, Woy Woy
When: Last Tuesday of each month, beginning 25 February 2020 (more dates below).
Time: 9.00am – 3.00pm
What to bring: – Current and past gas and electricity bills.
– Any letters from electricity and gas providers.
– Your pensioner or concession cards.
