Throughout Vacation Care we provide a wide variety of activities, crafts and themed days, as well as excursions to various places of interest and fun, and informative incursions. Children from any school are welcome to attend our Vacation Care program.
Due to the high number of cancellations for Vacation Care bookings and where staff have already been rostered to work to cover ratios, when cancelling Vacation Care bookings with less than 7 days’ notice you will be charged 25% of the fee to cover costs.

INHOUSE – “Mexican Madness” day $60
Hola Amigos!! Today we’re going south of the border…down Mexico way….We will be cooking Nachos for lunch, making Pinatas, Maracas, painting a poncho, some Ojo de Dios yarn craft & we may even try our skills at a Mexican Hat Dance!
* What to bring? Morning & Afternoon tea and a bottle of water. We will be making Nachos for lunch.

EXCURSION – ”Toy Story 4” movie at Cinema Paradiso & Park visit $60
We are heading down to Cinema Paradiso to catch the latest instalment of Toy Story—TOY STORY 4. The much-anticipated new instalment to the critically acclaimed, global box office phenomenon that started it all, reunites the heroes of Woody & Buzz & all their friends. Then we will head to Peninsula Recreation Precinct at Umina for some games and fun in the afternoon.
* What to bring? All food, lunch, morning & afternoon tea, a bottle of water. Children will receive a drink & popcorn at the movies.
* What to wear? Enclosed shoes, a shirt with sleeves and a broad brimmed hat.
* Please arrive at Centre prior to 9am. Expected to arrive back at centre by 3pm approximately.

EXCURSION – Kincumber Mountain Bushwalk & Picnic Lunch $60
Today we head into the great outdoors to experience some of the beauty of our local area. We will travel by bus to Kincumber Mountain to enjoy a bushwalk on either Glassons or Warriwarri Trail. We will then have a BYO picnic lunch and play some outdoors games before returning to the Centre by mid afternoon.
* What to bring? All food, lunch, morning & afternoon tea and a bottle of water.
* What to wear? Enclosed shoes and a shirt with sleeves and a broad brimmed hat.
* Please arrive at Centre by 8:30am. Expected to arrive back at centre 2:30pm approximately.

INHOUSE – ”Outback Adventures & Indigenous Art” Day $60
Lets go camping & lets learn the ancient Indigenous craft of Dot Painting!
We will be setting up tents, cooking Lemon Myrtle damper & creating some nature art & craft (using the materials collected on our trip to Kincumber Mountain yesterday). We’ll also learn some basic First Aid skills for camping.
Then we will be learning Dot Painting as a celebration of NAIDOC week.
* What to bring? All food, morning tea & lunch and a bottle of water. We will be enjoying our Lemon Myrtle Damper for afternoon tea.

INHOUSE – “Slumber Party, BYO Scooters & BYO Technology” Day $60
Today is PJ Day for ASTHMA AUSTRALIA. The children will be making Cupcakes which will be available for purchase by mums & dads at pickup. ALL MONEY RAISED WILL GO TO THE ASTHMA FOUNDATION.
Come dressed in your PJs ready to have a relaxing day today with slumber party games, movies, music, hair fun, fingernail painting OR BYO Scooter & helmet (NO HELMET, NO SCOOTERING!!) & test your skills in our front carpark around our obstacle course OR BYO Technology today & we’ll have the Xbox fired up ready to go! OR you can do it all!!
* What to bring? Lunch & Morning Tea. A bottle of water. We will enjoy Hot Milo & Popcorn for Afternoon tea.
* What to wear? Enclosed shoes and a shirt with sleeves as well as a broad brimmed hat.
* A Helmet is essential for scootering!!

EXCURSION – “Marine Discovery Centre, Terrigal” $60
Today we travel to Terrigal to visit the Marine Discovery Centre. We will be engaging in an interactive experience learning about the marine environment here on the Central Coast: touch pool, shark teeth, interactive computerised diving experience and other activities.
