Term 2 is always a busy time for schools, with preparation for semester reports and parent teacher evenings. With the substantive changes in the assessment process in Stage 6 due to new NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) regulations, Kariong Mountains High School has used this as an opportunity to advance the existing ‘Visible Learning’ focus on effective feedback with research and action in the area of formative assessment. Through our participation in a ‘High Impact’ strategy, we will work with a university academic to ensure that cutting edge, best practice strategies continue to be adopted in our school.

All are welcome to attend and see the calibre and choice available at this quality high school. Applications for enrolment in these years are available.
