Grandmother of the year award

Presented by Liesel Tesch to Grandmother Kim Pemberton, who is the sole Carer for her 4 grandchildren.

We have worked together with Kim and her 4 grandchildren for the past 7 years, assisting her to find the supports she needs to take the best care of her grandchildren. Kim continues to do an amazing job and deserves this award.
