Our OOSH children have been really excited by lots of woodwork during the past weeks, planning and designing their own creative ideas and practicing wielding hammers and nails to achieve their objectives. The older children have concentrated on extended projects incorporating woollen weaving onto their woodwork, resulting in some really great pieces of art in which a lot of pride is shown!

Our program has also included teaching children how to cultivate seeds in our garden and teaching mindfulness and relaxation activities. Some very important learning about the availability of the Kids Helpline is currently ongoing to help the children understand the purpose of this support service and share this with their friends and schoolmates.

We look forward to some fantastic experiences during the April school holidays with our Vacation Care program offering highlights such as Niagara Park Sports Stadium, Kids HQ, and a Reptile Show.

Please feel welcome to drop into our Centre to meet our friendly staff and see the fun and educational experiences we can offer your children. We welcome Marina Bosworth to our Service as the new Nominated Supervisor.
